Gulmarg is only 10km from the line of control that seperates Pakistan Kashmir from Indian Kashmir which means its situated in a conflict zone. But improved relations between the two countries as well as a peace process within Kashmir have meant more skiers are now flocking to the area for what is said to be some of the best skiing in the world.
